Our primary purpose is to help the alcoholic who still suffers. 

The Treasure Valley Intergroup is comprised of representatives from groups representing 5 districts withing Idaho’s Area 18. The Treasure Valley Intergroup along with a Steering Committee oversee the operations at the Treasure Valley Intergroup Central Office (TVICO). 

Some of the services provided by the Intergroup and TVICO include:

1. Responding to inquiries from individuals seeking help with alcoholism, by providing information about nearby AA groups, where individuals can find support, arrange sponsorship, or get in touch with a member experienced in working the 12 Steps.
2. Maintains an inventory of approved AA literature to ensure that individuals and groups have access to conference approved material.
3. Publishes and distributes current meeting lists and other literature related to local AA services.
4. The TVICO serves as a convenient location where staff and volunteers coordinate local Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) services. By providing space for staff and volunteers to carry out administrative tasks, facilitate communication among local AA groups, distribute literature, respond to inquiries, and organize service activities.
5. Publishes the Month Newsletter Slippery When Wet.
6. Is A focal point for local events.
